Q: If I subscribe to The Dapper Digest, what will you send me?
A: In addition to treats and rewards (think sales and special promotions), we’ll make sure you’re the first one in line for new items to the portfolio. 

Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: You can’t be focused on being dapper if you’re worried about your personal information being compromised. We have partnered with the most reputable companies to ensure your information remains secure. When placing an order online, your personal information is encrypted and processed through PayPal’s secure credit card system. 

Q: How do I return or exchange my order?
A: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to dapper {at} dapperdog {dot} style and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange. 

Q: How does “Pre-Ordering” work?
A: We’re pleased to offer a sneak peak at our Fall 2018 line along with pre-orders so that you’ll be among the first to sport The Dapper Dog. We will process your credit card upon completion of the pre-order; however, our 30-day return and exchange policy will begin July 1 and last through the end of the month to allow you to receive and try on your dapper items to ensure good fit and satisfaction.

Q: When will my order ship and how long will it take to be delivered?
A: Beginning July 1, most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. In some cases, you’ll see that your selection might be on backorder or require additional processing time. For items available for immediate shipping and for those on backorder, you will receive an email with tracking information after placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, the length of time for delivery will depend upon the shipping method you select during checkout.
